Welcome to Viela Vlinder at Hoofdstraat 75 in Ter Apel. We are a small-scale childcare organisation offering childcare in the broadest sense of the word. With us you will find regular day-care, after-school care and flexible childcare. Thanks to our small, permanent team we get to know every child and every parent personally. These short lines create peace of mind and trust: your child feels safe and you always know who is taking care of your son or daughter. Our location on Hoofdstraat is furnished in a homely and clear way. The rooms are set up so that children from 0 to 4 years old can move, play and discover freely. We deliberately work with vertical groups: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are together. In this way the very youngest learn from the older children and the pre-schoolers develop their caring nature by keeping an eye on the younger ones. The pedagogical staff know every child and tailor activities and daily rhythm to individual needs. Flexibility is high on our list of priorities. We understand that parents sometimes have irregular working hours or need extra childcare at short notice. That is why we offer both fixed 51-week packages and separate hours at a flexible rate. You can also come to us for half-days or incidental childcare. For the very youngest we provide bottle-feeding, fresh fruit and snacks; for toddlers and pre-schoolers we provide a hot meal and healthy snacks. Does your child have an allergy or special diet? No problem – we will be happy to discuss with you how best to deal with it.
