VesperCare - De Wereldboom

Welcome to VesperCare – De Wereldboom, our after-school care located at Peelstraat 171 in Amsterdam-Zuid. We provide care for up to 42 children aged 4 to 12. Our team is ready every weekday to offer children a safe and stimulating place after school. As a specialized after-school care provider, we focus on children who need a little extra support. We work on a small scale and in a personal way, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. Our pedagogical staff are experienced in guiding children with additional care needs and tailor activities to what each child requires. The location is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space to play, relax and learn. We use the immediate surroundings for outings and physical activity. We also collaborate closely with primary school De Wereldboom, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. At VesperCare – De Wereldboom, we believe it is important that children feel safe and seen. We offer structure, warmth and space for development. This is achieved through fixed routines, clear agreements and an approach that aligns with the child’s perspective. Our facility is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 120760599 since September 1, 2021.
