Varabo BSO Meerzicht

Welcome to VaraBo BSO Meerzicht, located at Speulderbos 13 in Zoetermeer. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 in a warm, safe and homely environment. At our BSO, the child is always at the centre: we create a second home where every child feels seen and welcome. Our after-school care is small-scale, with room for a maximum of 22 children. We work with fixed pedagogical staff, so children see familiar faces every day. This provides peace and a sense of security. We are open from the end of the school day until 18:45. During school holidays and study days we welcome children from 07:00 to 18:45. We offer a varied activity programme: from sports and games to creative workshops such as arts and crafts and cooking. We also organise regular outings, for example to the petting zoo or library. During holidays there are theme days and exciting trips. Children are free to choose whether to join activities or to play freely. In our rooms you will find an arts and crafts studio, a reading corner with a hanging chair, a dolls’ corner, a football table, air hockey and a PlayStation (with time limits). There is always plenty of choice. Physical activity and rest alternate. We encourage active outdoor play in our spacious, enclosed garden. We also provide quiet moments, for example through yoga or reading a book. We work in a child-centred way: we tailor our guidance to what your child needs. We provide healthy snacks and take allergies and dietary requirements into account. In short: at VaraBo BSO Meerzicht your child has a great place to relax, play and grow after school.
