Welcome to VANDAAG BSO It Ambyld! Our after-school care is located in a spacious room within the 'It Ambyld' school in the 'de Swetten' neighborhood in Drachten. We provide care for children from It Ambyld primary school and De Swetten primary school, and children from other nearby primary schools are also warmly welcome. Our space is bright and generously laid out with a cozy seating area, a private kitchenette, various arts & crafts and construction corners, and a large communal table where children can eat, play, or do activities together. Outside, we have access to a large schoolyard with a sandbox, swings, a climbing frame with slide, and a football cage. Behind the school there is a second playground with additional climbing frames, another football cage, and a large grass field. Here children can play independently with self-management contracts or under supervision. We organize all kinds of fun and challenging activities. Children can enjoy free play, arts and crafts, games, or participate in group activities. The neighborhood around the school offers plenty of opportunities for outings: parks, playgrounds, and even a barefoot path, all within walking distance. VANDAAG BSO It Ambyld is a franchise location. This means we operate according to the quality standards and guidelines of VANDAAG Childcare, but are managed by a local entrepreneur. Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. On Wednesday and Friday we use the De Swetten location opposite us. VSO (before-school care) is available every day at De Swetten. We provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop through play and relaxation. Collaboration with schools and parents is central to us in order to provide the best care and guidance for your child.
