PO Valkenburg

PO Valkenburg is a small-scale daycare centre in the heart of Valkenburg aan de Geul. Our centre is located at Plenkertstraat 42, on the ground floor of the same building as Basisschool Valkenburg, with which we work closely. Since 19 April 2016 we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register and we provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4. This limited size ensures peace, overview and plenty of personal attention. We operate under the umbrella of Stichting MIK & Spelenderwijs Kindontwikkeling, an organisation with more than 25 years of experience in providing high-quality childcare in South Limburg. Within our location we use a horizontal group structure, where babies and toddlers are cared for separately from the pre-schoolers. This allows us to perfectly tailor activities, rest periods and care to your child's stage of development. PO Valkenburg offers pre-school education (VE), stimulating your child's development from an early age and preparing them for primary school. Our childcare staff work closely with the teachers of Basisschool Valkenburg, ensuring a smooth transition from daycare to school.
