UniKidz Sterrenwerk

Welcome to UniKidz Sterrenwerk, located within the new-build Kindcentrum Het Sterrenwerk at Knorrenburgerlaan 2 in Sassenheim. We provide nursery care for up to 47 children aged 0 to 4 years. Registered in the National Childcare Register since 23 January 2024, our centre offers Early Childhood Education (ECE) so parents can apply for childcare allowance. Everything we do is centred on talent development. We run four fixed development programmes, each delivered in ten-week blocks by internal and external professionals. FitKidz introduces our youngest to movement and sport through playful activities. SkillsKidz is our studio where toddlers explore clay, paint and natural materials to create their own masterpieces. SoulKidz brings calm and expression through gentle yoga poses, music and dance tailored to young children. MindKidz sparks curiosity in our STEAM corner with simple experiments, Duplo construction and discovering how things work. We collaborate closely with local sports clubs, music schools and De Does swimming pool. Even the very youngest can enjoy water fun in our toddler-swim programme. Our permanent pedagogical staff – all holding a Certificate of Good Conduct – create a familiar environment where your child feels safe. Each group has a fixed team, ensuring your baby or toddler always sees the same faces. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 – 18:30.
