UniKidz Neptunus

Welcome to UniKidz Neptunus, our daycare centre located right at Dalton Primary School Neptunus in the heart of IJburg. We provide care for up to 30 children aged 0 – 4 years in a warm, safe environment where every child is free to be themselves. Because we are situated inside the school building, our toddlers can use fantastic facilities such as the sports hall, dance & theatre studio, library, STEAM Makerspace and art studio. Babies have their own quiet sleeping room and soft-play area, while toddlers learn and play in horizontal age groups. Our programme is built around the four UniKidz labels: FitKidz (sports & movement), SkillsKidz (making & creating), SoulKidz (dance, drama & music) and MindKidz (discovery & inquiry). Every ten weeks children choose a new activity block, trying out dance, cooking, music, science and nature activities. All activities are included; parents never pay extra. We also deliver high-quality preschool education (VVE) in partnership with the school, focusing on language, numeracy and motor skills so that children start primary school with confidence.
