UniKidz Fort

Welcome to UniKidz Fort, our after-school care location at Fort Diemerdamstraat 73 in Weesp. We are located within Brede School Weesperrijk and De Nieuwe Jozefschool, so children can come straight to us after class in a familiar setting. Our BSO is designed for children aged 4 to 13. At UniKidz Fort everything revolves around discovering and developing talents. We offer a broad and challenging activity programme that we have divided into four pillars. With FitKidz we focus on sports and movement; children get to know a variety of sports and physical activities. SkillsKidz stimulates the creative process: in the studio, theatre or cooking studio children can work with their hands. SoulKidz focuses on culture, yoga, theatre and dance, with expression and relaxation at its core. Finally, there is MindKidz, where our STEAM Makerspace lets children explore how things work and are created. We believe that learning does not stop at the school gate. That is why we work closely with local entrepreneurs, sports clubs, associations and residents. Through these partnerships children can also earn swimming diplomas or go horse riding with us. All our activities are designed to let children discover new things and further develop their talents. Our location is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 14:00 to 18:30 and on Wednesday from 11:30 to 18:30. We feel it is important that parents and children feel welcome.
