Trudo

Welcome to BSO Trudo, the after-school care located right inside Integral Child Centre Trudo at St. Trudostraat 2 in Helmond-Stiphout. We provide care for children aged 4 to 13, both before and after school hours and during all school holidays. Because we share the same building as primary school Trudo (and also welcome children from De Lindt), pupils simply walk into familiar corridors the moment the last bell rings and start an afternoon packed with new adventures. We organise children into two clear age groups: one for the younger pupils and one for the older kids. This lets us tailor activities to whatever the children find fun and challenging. Our rooms are purpose-built for moving, discovering and simply unwinding after a busy school day. Highlights include our own art & culture hall, an indoor treehouse in the middle of the group, a discovery garden for the youngest after-schoolers, plus access to the school’s cooking studio and gym. BSO Trudo follows the Spring Actief method. Every week we create a varied programme that the children help design. Science and technology take centre stage thanks to our excellent profile: we build, code, experiment and investigate. There is also plenty of time for sport and play. Outside you will find a real football pitch, a giant chess set, a table-tennis table and a challenging climbing rock. During school holidays we shift up a gear with special activity programmes full of workshops, creative projects and exciting excursions.
