Tovertuin

Welcome to BSO Tovertuin, our homely after-school care centre located at Kersenberg 52 in Roosendaal. We are part of Kober Childcare and provide after-school care for up to 70 children aged 4 to 12. After a long day at school, children can unwind in our green, safe environment that feels like a second home. Our qualified pedagogical staff welcome the children straight after school and guide them in small, manageable groups. We work from a familiar, homely atmosphere in which every child feels seen and valued. The spacious garden surrounding the building invites children to play, explore and relax. Inside there is plenty of room for quiet activities such as crafts, games or simply curling up on the sofa with a book. Structure and routine are central to our approach. We offer a clear daily rhythm that allows time for both free play and guided activities. When needed, we help with homework or provide additional support. We tailor our activities to the children’s world of experience and let them choose what they want to do as much as possible. In this way they learn to deal with choices and responsibility while playing. Parents experience our childcare as involved and transparent. Short lines of communication and personal contact are very important to us. We keep parents informed through our newsletter and are always available for questions or consultation. Together we ensure that every child enjoys coming to Tovertuin and goes home with a good feeling.
