Toverhoed-Noord BSO Dependance

Toverhoed-Noord BSO Dependance is located in a former secondary school building at Rompertsebaan 63 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Together with primary school De Kwast we form a child-centre where children from the upper grades of primary school can enjoy challenging activities and a welcoming atmosphere after school. The large group rooms, spacious auditorium, grass field and basketball court provide plenty of space to move, play and explore. We are open on weekdays from 14:00 to 18:30. During school holidays and on national public holidays the location is closed; we also schedule a maximum of two staff training days each year. Our qualified pedagogical staff pick the children up after school – on foot, by bike or by taxi – and bring them safely to the BSO. Every group has a fixed mentor who is the first point of contact for parents and who closely follows each child’s development. Our activity programme is wide-ranging: from arts and crafts and cooking to sports and games in the garden or on the basketball court. We regularly organise excursions and encourage nature and discovery activities. Everything is guided by Partou’s vision: we work with six pedagogical building blocks that help children grow in resilience and self-confidence through play. Parents are kept informed of the day’s events via the Partou parent app and can easily request extra care or swap days when space is available. In short, at Toverhoed-Noord BSO Dependance children find a safe, challenging place where they can relax after school, make friends and discover new things.
