Welcome to To Be Kind location Het Koraal, our homely after-school care centre at ’s-Gravenweg 81 in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel. We provide loving, Christian care for school-going children aged 4 to 13. After a busy day of learning, children can unwind, play and discover with us. Our spacious, natural outdoor area invites running, climbing and playing with water and sand. Inside, our experienced pedagogical staff create a cosy, structured environment with craft corners, games and a healthy snack and drink. We work thematically and seasonally: in autumn we make leaf mandalas, in winter we build birdhouses and in spring we plant flowers and vegetables together. At To Be Kind we value peace, safety and personal attention. We give every child room to be themselves and encourage cooperative play, creativity and plenty of movement. Parents experience a warm welcome and clear communication, so everyone can work or study with peace of mind.
