Basker International - The Willows

Welcome to The Willows Day Care, a purpose-built, modern childcare centre located at Vrouw Avenweg 416 in The Hague. As part of Zein International Childcare, we provide day care for children aged 0–4 in a small-scale, nurturing environment. Our centre comprises three groups, each room accommodating up to 16 children, allowing for a cosy and intimate atmosphere. We operate vertical age groups, enabling children of different ages to interact and grow together while fostering natural social development. The Willows is situated on the secure campus of the British School in Leidschenveen, making it an ideal choice for families connected to the British education system. The facility features a large natural playground, an open central hall for indoor play, and a fully equipped kitchen where our full-time chef prepares organic, nutritious meals and snacks daily. Custom-made beds and child-sized furniture encourage independence and active participation in daily routines. Our educational approach is rooted in play-based learning, drawing inspiration from the Reggio Emilia and Montessori philosophies. Our qualified childcare teachers create a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and at home. Free street parking is available around the location, ensuring convenient drop-off and pick-up for parents. The Willows Day Care is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30 throughout the year, closing only on official Dutch public holidays.
