Club Basker International - The Oaks

The Oaks After School is located on the sports fields behind the International School of The Hague in Kijkduin and is exclusively for students of this school. As part of Zein International Childcare, we provide a safe, international environment where children can relax, play and discover new things after school until 18:30. Our programme combines structure with flexibility. Every afternoon starts with a healthy snack freshly prepared by our childcare teachers – think fresh fruit, organic vegetables, bread and alternating hot or cold treats. Children then choose how to spend their time: outdoor sports on our spacious play areas, creative activities in the arts corner, reading quietly or taking part in the monthly themed activity we prepare together with the children. We follow a consistent daily routine that provides calm and predictability, while leaving room for spontaneous activities. During school holidays we run holiday camps from 08:00 to 18:30 with excursions, sports tournaments and creative projects. Our international teams speak English and guide children with attention to their social-emotional development. Parents stay informed through our Konnect Parent App and personal contact at pick-up. The Oaks is more than childcare – it's a place where children love to return and feel safe to grow.
