The Daisy Chain Playgroup

Welcome to The Daisy Chain Playgroup, a centrally located English-speaking daycare facility in The Hague that has been established for over 30 years. We welcome children from age 2 up to the day before their 5th birthday in a warm and stimulating environment. Our mission is to help children become self-confident through structured teaching and play, learn vital social skills, and encourage curiosity and inquisitiveness. We provide a happy and safe atmosphere where children can play and have fun while also learning in a structured environment. All our sessions are conducted in English by predominantly native English-speaking teachers. We maintain a low teacher-to-child ratio to ensure optimal guidance. We specifically focus on developing social skills such as being polite, sharing, and queuing - skills that are essential for the transition from home life to school. The Daisy Chain Playgroup serves the international community, children from multicultural backgrounds, and parents who wish their child to begin learning English.
