Teun Kinderopvang

Welcome to Teun Kinderopvang, located at Darthuizerberg 69 in Amersfoort. As part of Kinderopvang Natuurlijk, we have been offering small-scale, homely childcare since 2010 for children aged 3 months to 4 years. We believe children thrive best in a familiar environment where love, attention, and nature experiences are central. Our daycare centre uses horizontal groups: two baby groups and two toddler/preschool groups. Each group has its own age-appropriate room and private garden. The youngest can nap safely outdoors while toddlers explore a garden full of movement challenges. We go outside every day – regardless of the weather – using our spacious gardens, vegetable patch, and chickens. Children help with planting, harvesting, and caring for the animals, learning respect for nature and each other from an early age. We value calm, structure, and security. That’s why we work with consistent pedagogical staff and maintain a clear daily routine. We offer no performance pressure, just space to discover and experience. Music, crafts, outdoor play, and gardening are part of our regular activities. Complete care is included: premium brand nappies, formula, seasonal fruit, and all care products. Parents don’t need to bring anything. Teun Kinderopvang is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 to 18:00. We operate at least 48 weeks per year.
