't Wikveld 2

Welcome to Kanteel daycare ‘t Wikveld 2, located at Zeis 1 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch-Empel. We are part of Kanteel Childcare and together with primary school ‘t Wikveld we form a Child Centre where children aged 0 to 4 are professionally cared for. We believe every child is unique and deserves to be truly seen. Our daycare consists of two groups where children aged 0 to 4 can play, grow and develop in a safe and familiar environment. We use a horizontal group structure, where the youngest children are cared for separately from toddlers and preschoolers. This ensures peace and safety for babies and sufficient challenges for older children. At Kanteel, playful learning is central. Our pedagogical staff provide fun and development-oriented activities daily, tailored to the age and interests of the children. Think of singing, reading aloud, crafting and exploring in our spacious garden. We work with VVE (Pre- and Early School Education) programs that stimulate language and cognitive development. We find it important that children feel at home with us. Therefore, we have a homely atmosphere with different corners where children can play, sleep or be quiet. We have separate bedrooms where children can sleep in beds or cribs. For the youngest children, we follow the home rhythm as much as possible. Everything is included with us: diapers, wipes, healthy meals and snacks. We take into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Our professional kitchen prepares fresh, warm meals daily. For babies, we provide bottle feeding according to parents' schedules. We work with the Kanteel app that keeps parents informed about their child's developments. Daily we share photos, reports and fun moments. Parents are always welcome to help or just drop by. Our location at Zeis 1 is modern and safely designed with a large garden where children can play to their heart's content. We are located in the De Groote Wielen district, easily accessible via the A2/N279 and have generous opening hours from 7:00 to 18:30.
