't Rijckje

Welcome to daycare center ’t Rijckje in Groenlo, part of Humankind. For over 25 years, we have been a trusted place where children aged 0 to 4 can grow in a safe and nurturing environment. Our location at Emmasingel 60 accommodates up to 52 children and is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. At ’t Rijckje, we follow a clear vision: healthy childcare. This means lots of movement, healthy food, and plenty of time outdoors. We believe an active and healthy lifestyle is the foundation for strong development. That’s why we structurally integrate physical activity and healthy nutrition into our daily rhythm. Throughout the year, we work in themes with development-focused activities. Our experienced team of pedagogical professionals provides a rich offering where curiosity and play are central. We also offer the Wiskids program, specially designed to stimulate early math and language development in young children. This aligns with our early childhood education (VE), supporting children in their development from an early age. Our location features a spacious garden where children can play, explore, and move. We believe it’s important for children to spend as much time outside as possible, so they can experience nature and develop their motor skills. Curious about our approach?
