Welcome to ’t Lieveheersbeestje 2 B.V. located at Van Hogendorpplein 104 in Amsterdam. As part of the ’t Lieveheersbeestje childcare organization, we provide care for up to 32 children per day in a warm, homely environment that closely aligns with the needs of both parents and children. Our location features three small-scale groups: two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each group is carefully designed and fully tailored to the world of young children. We work with both vertical and horizontal group structures. The Rupsjes group is a horizontal baby group for children aged 0 to 2 years, with space for up to 9 babies. The Lieveheersbeestjes group is a vertical group for children aged 0 to 4 years, accommodating 10 children. The Vlinders group is a horizontal toddler group for children aged 2 to 4 years, with a capacity of 13 children. Each group is supported by at least two qualified pedagogical staff members who create a stable and familiar environment where children feel safe to grow and develop. Outside, we have a spacious, green playground of over 200 m², complete with a sandbox, bikes, scooters, bubble wands, and sidewalk chalk. We also maintain an organic vegetable garden where children learn about vegetables, fruits, and nature. Additionally, there is an atelier where children from different groups can engage in creative activities together. We believe in the importance of healthy nutrition and outdoor play. Every day, we serve a fresh, 100% vegetarian warm meal prepared in our own kitchen. Baby meals are homemade using seasonal vegetables and fruits. Outdoor play is a fixed part of our daily routine, as we believe it contributes to healthy development. Our vision is clear: children are given the space to develop at their own pace, with personal attention, guidance, and trust. We provide a stable, healthy, and safe environment both physically and emotionally, where children build self-confidence and develop social skills.
