Buitenschoolse Opvang De Meander- Frits v. Egtersstraat

Welcome to Buitenschoolse Opvang De Meander at Frits van Egtersstraat in Oosterhout. Our after-school care is located inside primary school De Meander and welcomes children aged 4 to 13. We work closely with Stichting Kinderopvang Oosterhout (SKO) and provide continuous care from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. On Wednesday afternoons this site is closed; children then attend BSO De Meander at De Boedingen. We can accommodate up to 80 children in four age-based groups. Playing together is at the heart of everything we do. Children can join various activities such as arts & crafts, sports and games, and enjoy outdoor play in our garden and on the school playground. Older children have a quiet space to do their homework. A special feature of our BSO is the children’s council, where kids actively help decide on activities and the layout of the space. Their voice truly matters. Thanks to our open-door policy, children can choose where and what they want to play, fostering independence within a safe and familiar environment.
