Welcome to 't Krielhûske, our daycare center located at Smidte 47 in the heart of Terwispel. As part of Bernadet's Kinderopvang, we provide small-scale childcare for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location is a certified VVE (pre-school education) facility, which means children with a VVE indication can receive subsidized care here. At 't Krielhûske, we believe in the power of a safe and familiar environment. Just like our childminding services, we maintain a homely atmosphere with familiar faces in each group. This approach gives your child the secure feeling that is so important during this developmental stage. We work with a fixed daily structure and clear rules, allowing children to develop safely and reach their full potential. Our pedagogical approach focuses on optimally preparing your child for primary school. Through the Puk and Ko VVE teaching method, we offer structured activities that connect with toddlers' world of experience. This method stimulates language development and social skills in a playful way. We create a beautiful continuous line with primary school, ensuring a smooth transition when the time comes. In our small-scale setting, each child receives the individual attention they deserve. We work with horizontal groups, where children of the same age play and learn together. This setup allows us to respond well to the specific needs and developmental stage of your child.
