't Kelderke

Peuterspeelzaal ’t Kelderke is part of the Stichting de Achthoek network of preschool playgroups and childcare, located inside the Canisius primary-school building at Kerkstraat 44 in the centre of Harreveld. We welcome children aged 2 to 4 into a small-scale, safe and stimulating setting where they can learn through play. Our qualified staff follow the Dutch Early Childhood Education programme (VVE), focusing on language, numeracy and social development through activities such as crafts, story time and singing. The bright group room opens onto a secure outdoor play area that is used every day. We are open Monday and Wednesday mornings from 08:30 to 11:30, providing a calm and predictable rhythm that suits young children. Fruit and drinks are included; parents provide a healthy packed lunch. Close cooperation with Canisius School ensures a smooth transition to primary education.
