't Kasteeltje

Welcome to Partou daycare ’t Kasteeltje at Waagmeesterlaan 22 in IJsselstein! Located in the green Achterveld-West neighbourhood, our warm and adventurous setting offers children aged 0 to 4 a safe and secure place to grow. The daycare is surrounded by a large green discovery garden where children can go on daily adventures. Whether in the summer sunshine or a fresh autumn breeze, every child has their own boots so we can always go outside. We play hide-and-seek in the wigwam, cycle in the yard, collect leaves in the grass and later turn them into a craft project. Besides free play, we also offer structured activities such as toddler yoga, dancing and music-on-lap sessions. For the oldest toddlers (3+) we organise extra activities to prepare them for primary school. We work with both horizontal and vertical groups, so children can grow up in a familiar setting with peers or learn from older and younger children. Each group has about 16 children with 3 pedagogical staff during busy hours. Because the after-school care (BSO) is also located in the same building, children can spend their entire childhood in the same familiar place. We believe it is important that children can be themselves and have fun while learning and developing through play.
