't Hooibergje agrarisch kinderdagverblijf

Kinderdagverblijf ’t Hooibergje is a small-scale, farm-based daycare located at Munstraat 14a in Schaijk. We have two groups on the same property, right next to a farm in a wooded area. Our location is only about 100 metres from the A50, making us an easy stop for families commuting to or from Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Nijmegen or Oss. Children aged 0 to 4 are given plenty of space to develop in a safe, challenging and playful way. Nature, animals and the outdoors are woven into every part of the day. Children run through the large meadow, hunt for mushrooms in the forest, collect fresh eggs from our chickens and create crafts from natural materials. Each day is a new adventure where structure and routine go hand in hand with freedom and discovery. Our two groups are mixed-age; babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and learn together. The youngest learn from the older children, while the older ones practise caring for the little ones. The farm and the forest serve as our outdoor classrooms, where both plants and confident, curious children grow.
