Greumelke

Greumelke is an independent, small-scale daycare centre located at Stiegel 11 in Eijsden. We provide care for up to ten children aged 0 to 4 years. Our strength lies in our personal approach: every child is at the centre and we tailor our care entirely to the unique needs of your child. At Greumelke we create a warm nest where loving attention is self-evident. Structure and regularity offer support and tranquillity, so children feel secure. We look beyond age and behaviour; we see every child as an individual with unique talents and pace. Sometimes we offer a big hug and individual attention, other times we stimulate with a question or encourage collaboration. In this way we provide a safe place where children can be themselves and grow through play. Our experienced team of well-trained staff has a passion for childcare and works wholeheartedly on the development and well-being of your child. We believe good cooperation with parents is essential. Open communication and careful handover at drop-off and pick-up are central, so that parents and we together create an environment in which children feel comfortable. We work in small groups, allowing us to offer both rest and challenge. The security of the group encourages cooperation, while the safe setting also provides space to practise independence. All this takes place in a homely environment where children's senses, imagination and creativity are encouraged.
