Buitenschoolse Opvang Rubenshof- Kevelaar

Welcome to After-School Care Rubenshof-Kevelaar, part of Delta Childcare in Oosterhout. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 at our location on Kevelaar 4, right next to OBS Rubenshof primary school. The BSO is housed in a spacious, bright building with its own enclosed outdoor play area surrounded by greenery. Here children can play freely, romp around and enjoy games with friends. We put children's autonomy first. Every child is welcome and can be themselves. Our pedagogical professionals guide children in making their own choices and encourage curiosity about each other and the world. We offer a varied activity program: there's a creative corner for crafts and drawing, a board games area, a large home corner for imaginative play, and we organize weekly cooking activities. Additionally, we regularly focus on sensorimotor activities where children develop their senses and body awareness through play. Our care includes before-school care (7:00-9:00 AM), after-school care (after school until 6:30 PM) and holiday care (7:00 AM-6:30 PM). We work closely with OBS Rubenshof and other nearby schools. After school, children are picked up and walk or cycle to the BSO together with our pedagogical staff. Parents arrange care directly through Stichting Kinderopvang Oosterhout (SKO) and can apply for childcare allowance. Our location accommodates up to 30 children per day. We work with horizontal groups where children play and do activities together in age groups. The green surroundings and nearby playground offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and nature experiences.
