't Carillon

BSO ’t Carillon is located inside Basisschool ’t Carillon at Ouverturelaan 10 in Gouda. We provide after-school care for the children attending this primary school. Our setting offers two cosy rooms within the school building and a large outdoor playground that provides plenty of challenges for children of all ages. We follow the Pedagogisch Hart framework of Kind&co ludens, giving children space to feel good, grow and discover. Each month we work with a different theme. Activities are tailored to this theme and to the ages and interests of the children. After school, children can relax and unwind. While enjoying a drink and a snack together, they share stories about their school day. Afterwards they can choose to play alone, together with others, or join an activity. During school holidays we are open all day from 7:30 to 18:30 and we adapt the programme to these free days. Wednesday care is optional. Our pedagogical staff create a homely atmosphere where every child feels welcome. We see our after-school care as a mini-society: we care for each other and for the world around us. Together we create a rich, inspiring environment where playing, discovering and learning go hand in hand.
