Stormpolder

BSO Stormpolder is located inside the public playground ‘Speeltuin de Stormpolder’ in the green heart of Beverwaard. We provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged roughly 6 to 8. Most children join us from BSO Twickelerf when they turn 6 and move on to BSO de Tornado when they reach 8. Our spacious indoor area offers a wide range of toys, creative materials and activities suitable for all ages. We also regularly use the playground hall for extra play space and special activities. Thanks to our unique setting—right inside the playground and next to the park—we spend a lot of time outdoors. Children can splash in the water playground, explore the paddling pond or take part in sports and games outside. We pick up children from PCB de Parel, RK de Regenboog and OBS de Barkentijn primary schools. During holidays and study days we combine groups with other BSO locations in the neighbourhood, keeping the community feeling strong and the programme varied. In short, at BSO Stormpolder children enjoy a varied, safe and playful after-school experience with plenty of room for movement, creativity and relaxation.
