Stichting Opvang Anders, 'Minne'

Welcome to Minne, our warm daycare center located at Surmontstraat 49 in Amstelveen. In a beautiful former residential house, we provide small-scale care for up to 12 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our vertical group is housed in a homely setting where children of different ages grow up together. The small group size and familiar environment ensure peace, connection, and natural social development. Our pedagogy is inspired by the anthroposophical view of human nature according to Rudolf Steiner. We see each child as a unique being, consisting of body, soul, and spirit - each with their own pace of development. We create a place where this development can naturally flourish. With a calm daily rhythm and loving attention, we give children the space to discover the world in their own way and at their own pace. Care is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We use a vertical group structure where children aged 0 to 4 years are together in one group. This setup stimulates natural social development and creates a warm, homely atmosphere where parents and children quickly feel at home.
