Buitenschoolse opvang De Meander – De Boedingen is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Oosterhout and is located on the grounds of Kindcentrum De Meander at De Boedingen 27 in Oosterhout. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13 who attend primary school. Our location is situated on the edge of the Vrachelen II district and is also easily accessible for families from the Contreie and de Kreek neighborhoods. After school, children enter a homely environment where they can relax, play and discover. We work with a fixed team of pedagogical staff who know the children well and, together with them, decide what activities are on the program that afternoon. There is plenty of room for free choice: playing football on the playground, playing a game, being outdoors or just doing nothing in the quiet corner. For older children, from about 8 years old, there is Ska Next. In this group, they get extra space to come up with and carry out their own activities. Think of building their own escape room, organizing a party or learning to skate under the guidance of a professional. Every six weeks we start with a new theme and a new challenge, so that the offer continues to match what children find interesting. We work closely with primary school De Meander, so the transition from school to after-school care runs smoothly. After school, children are picked up by our pedagogical staff and walk to our spaces in the same building. Parents can pick up their child until 6:30 PM. At BSO De Meander – De Boedingen, fun, safety and development are central. We offer a familiar place where children can be themselves and where they are challenged to discover new things.
