BSO Merweplein

Welcome to BSO Merweplein, the after-school care centre located within the Integral Child Centre (IKC) at Merwe Donk 8 in Gorinchem. We are part of SKG Kinderopvang and share the building with primary school De Merweplein, day-care centre Nijntje and pre-school playgroup Pippeloentje. This close cooperation means that children already know the staff and the surroundings from an early age, creating a familiar and secure environment. Our after-school care welcomes up to 68 children aged 4 to 12. We are open before and after school hours as well as during all school holidays. Every theme-based period we organise a varied programme that includes arts & crafts, sports, drama and cooking, so there is always something new to discover. Children are free to choose: some may want to relax after a busy school day, others prefer to move, create or play. At SKG everything revolves around fun, curiosity and adventure. We are affiliated with Gezonde Kinderopvang (Healthy Child Care), which means we pay attention to healthy meals, plenty of exercise and a safe, stimulating environment. Every child has unique talents; we encourage them to explore and develop these talents in their own way. Together with schools, the municipality and the local community we ensure that your child starts the future with confidence and a solid foundation.
