StartKids

BSO StartKids is a cozy, homely and atmospheric after-school care location situated in the heart of the Nieuwland district in Schiedam. We provide before-school, after-school and holiday care for a maximum of 20 children from primary school Het Startblok. Our location at Piersonstraat 9 is specially designed to offer children a safe and familiar environment where they can unwind after school and play with peers. We pick up the children daily at 14:30 from school and guide them to our BSO location. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give the children a pleasant afternoon with activities that match their interests and development. We work from a center-based pedagogical policy where we give children the space to be themselves and discover what they enjoy. Our small-scale setup ensures that we can really pay attention to each child. We offer a warm home away from home where children feel safe and where parents can leave their children with peace of mind. During school holidays we are also open and offer holiday care with fun outings and activities.
