SportBSO Kloosterhof

Welcome to SportBSO Kloosterhof, the sporty after-school care centre in Hoogerheide! We are located in a modern gym at Huijbergseweg 3b, right next to the town hall. From this unique location we pick up your child every school day and offer a programme packed with movement, fun and relaxation. Our pedagogical staff are ready from 2 p.m. (11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays) to welcome the children. We start with some quiet time: a drink and a snack, creative activities or finishing homework. Around 3:45 p.m. the sports and games session in the gym begins. Every day features a different sports activity – think football, dance, gymnastics or exciting outdoor adventures. We adapt the games and equipment to the children’s age and developmental level. Afterwards there is time for a light snack and free play until pick-up. At SportBSO Kloosterhof we believe children develop best through movement. That is why we regularly go on trips: to sports clubs, swimming pools, playgrounds, the beach, heathland and forests. These adventures are shared with a dedicated team of enthusiastic professionals who provide warmth, safety and challenge. We work with an adaptive pedagogical policy: every child is unique and is given space to make their own choices. We encourage self-confidence, social skills and a healthy lifestyle. Parents can choose from regular packages (40, 46 or 52 weeks), flexible care or incidental days. We arrange transport to and from school by foot, bike trailers, minibuses or on foot. All communication is handled digitally through our Bitcare app, where you can easily book and cancel.
