Sport BSO Poorter

Welcome to Sport BSO Poorter, the place in Tilburg’s Reeshof district where children aged 4 to 13 can move, play and discover after school! Our brand-new out-of-school care centre opened in April 2024 at Heereveldendreef 6 and offers space for up to 70 children in a modern, sporty and safe environment. Sport and play are at the heart of everything we do. Through games and activities children are introduced to as many different sports as possible – from football, hockey and gymnastics to freerunning, bouldering, yoga, korfball and even golf. While having fun they develop motor skills, learn to cooperate, experience fair play and how to deal with winning and losing. This builds self-confidence and creates new friendships. Our building is specially designed for active indoor and outdoor play. Inside you will find a dance studio and a challenging climbing wall; outside there is a spacious playground with a trampoline, round table-tennis tables, an obstacle course of stepping stones and poles, a water pump with sand area and direct access to the playing field of De Heerenvelden primary school. For even more nature and sports fun we regularly walk to Reeshof Park, only 10 minutes away. We collect children after school from fourteen primary schools in the area: Bibit, De Bloemaert, De Boemerang, De Fonkel, De Petteflet, De Sporckt, De Wegwijzer, Hartevelden, Helen Parkhurst, Jan Ligthart Driecant, Klinkers, Koolhoven, Meander and Westerwel. Our enthusiastic and professional pedagogical staff give every child personal attention so they feel seen and valued. Parents rate us an average of 7.9 and especially appreciate the personal attention and the way our staff actively join in with the children. Interested?
