Sport BSO Maarn

Sport BSO Maarn is part of Kinderopvang SKDD and is located on the grounds of the Maarn-Maarsbergen Sports Association at Buurtsteeg 9 in Maarn. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who love to move and play sports. Our team consists of experienced childcare professionals with both a sports education and a pedagogical background. They know exactly how to motivate and challenge children in movement and sport. Sports and games are central to our programme. We make full use of the extensive sports fields and indoor facilities of the association. We almost always play and exercise outdoors; only in extremely bad weather do we move inside. Even the youngest children are offered a varied programme of sports and play activities tailored to their developmental level. Children are encouraged to help choose the activities, ensuring the programme remains aligned with their interests. In addition to sports activities, we also provide quiet moments and creative outlets. Musical activities and nature experiences are regularly included in our programme. We work with themes that connect to the children's world of experience, providing a safe and challenging environment in which every child can develop at their own pace. Sport BSO Maarn is there for all children in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug region who want to move, discover new sports and have fun with friends after school. We are open on school days and also provide care during school holidays.
