Sport BSO Eigenwijs Landgraaf is our after-school care centre located at Hofstraat 5 in the heart of Landgraaf. We provide care for up to 38 children aged 4 to 12. After school and during every holiday our qualified staff take the children on an adventure. We pick up from primary schools in the immediate area and make sure every child feels safe, challenged and inspired. Our programme is different every single day. We focus on the themes of nature, creativity and sport. Activities range from capoeira and djembe drumming to hut-building, jazz dance, judo, skating, yoga and even surfing workshops. Exciting excursions such as Boom-klim-eiland or a day in the dunes are organised regularly. Our sports coaches run a variety of trainings and workshops, always guided by the children’s own interests so they learn from each other and discover new sides of themselves. We spend a lot of time outdoors. Being outside is not only healthy, it also creates the best adventures. Our site has its own outdoor space for play, sport and discovery. During holidays we create a programme together with the children, packed with fun trips and activities. Parents often say that holidays at EigenWijs are ‘just as much fun as going away’.
