Spetters

Welcome to daycare Spetters in Hoogvliet Rotterdam! We are located in the large complex at Heersdijk 13 and 23, opposite Tussenwater metro station. Our daycare groups are spread across two building numbers: the baby groups and vertical group can be found at number 13, while the toddler groups are located at number 23. At Spetters, we provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a loving, homely atmosphere where children can freely discover the world – both indoors and outdoors. We have 2 baby groups, 2 toddler groups, and 1 special group for babies and toddlers together. Our pedagogical staff create a warm environment where every child feels safe and secure. We work with the preschool education method Uk & Puk, which covers various themes about recognizable topics such as Rain, This is me, Cuddles, Hurray a baby!, Enjoy your meal and much more. With Uk & Puk, it's not about giving lessons, but babies, toddlers and preschoolers learn new skills by being actively engaged and simply playing! We believe it's important that children develop through play and can follow their own pace. For the littlest ones, we provide diapers and bottle feeding, so parents can work without worries. We serve healthy meals and snacks that contribute to a good foundation for your child's development. Our outdoor playground offers plenty of opportunities to play outside and discover nature. We highly value parent involvement. At daycare Spetters Hoogvliet, there is an active parent committee that works closely with the after-school care next to us. We organize parent evenings as needed on various topics of interest to parents. Together with parents, we ensure the best development for every child.
