Speelrijk

Welcome to Skar Speelrijk, located at Eimerssingel-Oost 260 in the Malburgen-Oost district of Arnhem. We are a daycare center where every child is given the space to be themselves and discover the world in their own way. We work with vertical groups where children aged 0 to 4 play and learn together. This setup stimulates social development and offers younger children the opportunity to learn from older children, while older children learn to take responsibility and be caring. Our location features a spacious garden specially designed for children aged 0 to 4. Here, children can safely play outside and discover nature. Additionally, we have access to a large play hall that provides ample space for movement and play, even in less favorable weather. The group spaces are cozily furnished with various play corners such as a home corner and a construction corner, with play materials tailored to different ages and developmental stages. We use the Uk&Puk method, a recognized VVE program (pre-school education) focused on the broad development of toddlers. The themes change every 6 to 8 weeks and are visibly integrated into the group. This program playfully prepares children for primary school and stimulates language development, social skills, and independence. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready to provide your child with a warm and safe environment. We value personal attention and focus on what children can do themselves.
