Fris! Kinderdagverblijven KDV De Regenboog is located in the Kindcentrum Rhenen, together with Daltonschool De Horizon. We provide daycare for up to 46 children aged 0 to 4. Our nursery has been the first Dalton daycare centre in the Netherlands for many years. The Dalton principles – self-confident, playful, caring, connected and structured – still form the basis of our daily approach. We give every child the space to take steps towards independence at their own pace, so that self-confidence grows. For us, play is the most enjoyable way to develop; children discover new things, sometimes with a stumble, but always getting right back up. Warm and loving care is central: from an early age we practise playing and sharing together, as a first step towards becoming social world citizens. Short lines and personal attention make parents and children feel at home quickly. A well-thought-out daily rhythm offers safety and predictability, so that children can grow and flourish optimally.
