Solidoe Kinderopvang 't Overstapje

Welcome to Solidoe Childcare ’t Overstapje, located in the Zijdelwaard district of Uithoorn. Our daycare center is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Solidoe, a non-profit organization that has been providing high-quality childcare in the region for over 20 years. At ’t Overstapje, we care for up to 16 children in a homely and safe environment. Our location is situated at Arthur van Schendellaan 100E, within primary school ’t Startnest. This unique collaboration with the school ensures a seamless transition from childcare to primary education. We use the digital child tracking system Konnect, which optimally monitors and shares your child's development with the primary school. At ’t Overstapje, we provide toddler care for children aged 2 to 4 years. We work with horizontal groups, where children are cared for in age groups. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in his or her development. We offer Pre-school Education (VE), with extra attention to language development. For children aged 2.5 to 4 years who could use extra support, we offer the Uk & Puk program. The Zijdelwaard district is a diverse neighborhood with many different cultures. This is reflected in our childcare. We consciously pay attention to the cultural background of each child and celebrate various holidays together. Together with the primary schools, we use the LOGO3000 tool to expand children's vocabulary in a playful way. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
