SOL De Watervlinder nr. 1 en 3

Welcome to SOL De Watervlinder nr. 1 en 3, our daycare centre located at Druivengaarde 3 in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and have been providing care for the youngest children since 1 January 2010. Our location offers 128 places and is specially designed for children aged 0 to 4 years. We put the child first. We follow the ‘Play-, Develop-, Learn Square’ concept, where play and development go hand in hand. Our childcare staff provide a safe, homely environment in which every child is given the space to grow at their own pace. We use horizontal groups, so children play with peers of the same age. For the youngest children we have separate sleeping areas where rest and routine are central. Toddlers and preschoolers enjoy a challenging play environment with attention to language, motor skills and social development. We are VVE certified, which means we offer pre-school education that matches your child’s development. Children from the age of 3 can take part in Siem, a unique lesson programme specially developed for 3-year-olds. Our outdoor area is safe and inviting, with play equipment and green elements, so children can enjoy fresh air every day. We believe it is important for children to connect with nature and get plenty of exercise. You are warmly invited for a tour and a personal introductory meeting.
