SOL de Bron location Bekestein is a warm and professional daycare centre located in the Krommeweg district of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Since 1980, we have been providing care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our building carries a rich history and is specially designed to give even the youngest children the space to play, discover and develop. We follow a clear pedagogical policy in which the well-being of every child is central. Our pedagogical staff provide lots of personal attention and tailor activities to your child’s age and development. We use horizontal groups, allowing children to play and grow in a calm setting with peers. For the very youngest, we have separate baby groups with quiet sleeping areas and soft cribs. For toddlers and preschoolers, there are challenging play corners, a large garden with a natural play area and plenty of space to run and climb. At SOL de Bron, we believe children learn through play. That’s why we offer a wide range of development-oriented activities such as making music, reading aloud, arts and crafts and outdoor play. We work with the VVE programme UN1EK to stimulate your child’s language and cognitive development. We also regularly organise short trips to the nearby playground or library. We consider good care and hygiene a given. We change the children according to a fixed routine and use only soft, caring products. Bottle feeding, fruit, drinks and warm meals are included.
