Welcome to Smurfenland, our small-scale and homely daycare center located at Langegeer 115 in Rotterdam Vreewijk. For 35 years, we have been providing genuine, personal attention to a maximum of 18 children aged 0 to 4 years in a green, safe environment. Our location consists of three cozy areas: the baby room for the youngest ones, the toddler room for the little ones, and our VVE toddler class where we work with the development programs 'Ben ik in Beeld' and 'Uk & Puk'. These recognized methodologies support your child's natural development and prepare toddlers playfully for primary school. We believe that children are not products. When care outside the family is needed, it should approach family life as closely as possible and offer something extra. That's why we work with small groups and our experienced childcare professionals (Petra, Monique, Farial, Saskia, Joyce and Nanda) each have their own focus children. They visit you at home and provide real, personal involvement. Our large adjacent front and back garden offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor play and nature experiences. At our daycare, children not only learn to play but also learn norms and values in a warm, homely atmosphere where every child feels safe and secure.
