SKW sport in Natuur BSO

Welcome to BSO Sport & Nature, operated by Stichting Kinderopvang Waterland, located in the athletics building at Cornelis Dirkszoonlaan 352, Monnickendam. We provide after-school care for the oldest BSO children from 8 years upwards. Under the guidance of our professional pedagogical staff, children experience new sports and nature adventures every day. Our location follows a clear pedagogical policy that emphasises natural materials, environmentally conscious practices and Children’s Art. We have established a large vegetable garden where children grow their own vegetables and herbs while learning about sustainability. In addition, we regularly organise clinics, sports activities, theatre and drama workshops, and creative projects that connect with the children’s world of experience. During school weeks we offer before-school care (VSO) and after-school care (NSO). In the holidays we join forces with our other BSO locations in Monnickendam, enabling us to provide an even broader and more varied activity programme. Safety and health are paramount; we not only comply with statutory standards but gladly go one step further. Our setting accommodates a maximum of 25 children, ensuring plenty of personal attention for each child. We regard the BSO as a place where children can relax with pleasure, discover new talents and make lifelong friends. We look forward to welcoming your child into our sporty and green environment!
