Welcome to Daycare Puk, located at Moensplein 5 in Beverwijk. We are part of the Foundation for Childcare Facilities (SKOV), a trusted provider of quality childcare in Beverwijk for over 30 years. At Puk, we offer professional daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and child-friendly environment. Our pedagogical approach is child-centered: the playing child is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that play forms the foundation for every child's development. Our pedagogical staff provide personal attention and stimulate development through targeted activities. We work with the VVE program 'Uk & Puk', focusing on language development and social-emotional skills. The puppet Puk is a familiar friend who involves children in daily activities and themes that connect with their world of experience. Our facility features cozy group spaces designed according to the children's ages. For the youngest ones, we have quiet sleeping areas with cribs and beds. For toddlers and preschoolers, there are separate bedrooms with beds. We even have special outdoor sleeping beds called 'Lutje Potje' so children can sleep outdoors - a unique experience we offer when weather permits. The green outdoor space surrounding our daycare is an inspiring play environment where children can romp, discover and learn. We pay great attention to outdoor play and nature experiences. Our safe playground is equipped with fun play equipment and offers plenty of space for movement. We offer flexible childcare options, including half days. Parents can make use of bread meals and healthy snacks. We take allergies and diets into account. For babies, we provide bottle feeding according to parents' schedules. We work closely with parents and keep them informed about their child's development.
