Welcome to SkippyPePijN KDV Kowari, our daycare centre located at Floralaan 216 in Pijnacker. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang Pijnacker ‘Skippy’, the largest childcare provider in the Pijnacker, Nootdorp and Delfgauw region. We warmly welcome children from 0 to 4 years of age. At Kowari we provide care for up to 80 children. Parents can choose from a baby group (0-2 years), a toddler group (2-4 years) or a vertical group (0-4 years). We work with fixed base groups, yet follow an open-door policy: children are also encouraged to play with ‘the neighbours’, giving them every opportunity to explore and grow. Our groups are named ‘Aardbeien’ (Strawberries), ‘Appels’ (Apples), ‘Bananen’ (Bananas), ‘Druiven’ (Grapes) and ‘Mandarijnen’ (Tangerines). Aardbeien is our baby group for up to 14 children aged 0-2. Appels is a toddler group for up to 16 children aged 2-4. The remaining three groups are vertical groups, each hosting up to 16 children aged 0-4. This way we can offer every child a place that matches his or her stage of development. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Our location manager Freya Geeroms and her team are ready every day to provide a safe, familiar and challenging environment in which children can develop through play.
