Welcome to BSO De Krekel, located at Buitenroede 10 in the green heart of Avenhorn. Our spacious building has the characteristics of a broad school, offering all facilities under one roof. We provide after-school care for children aged 6 to 12 in a picturesque setting, right next to the village forest and primary school De Kogge. At De Krekel, children have all the space they need to discover, play and relax. Our location features a spacious kitchen where we regularly cook and bake with the children. The technology room offers opportunities for STEM activities, while the chill room with computers gives older children a place to game or do homework. The arts and crafts corner is equipped with an extensive range of materials for creative expression. Our natural outdoor garden is a true paradise. With various paths and vegetation, children can romp, hide and explore. Older children can even fish from our pier or go out on the water with a kayak. We pick up children from school on foot and bring them back safely, so parents can work without worry. BSO De Krekel is part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland and guarantees professional childcare in a homely atmosphere. We provide care from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, tailored to parents' working hours. Our pedagogical staff are ready to give your child an unforgettable time full of adventure, rest and development.
