Ska Kindcentrum de Mammoet

Ska Kindcentrum de Mammoet is located at Albert Schweitzersingel 253 in the Zielhorst district of Amersfoort. As part of Ska Kinderopvang, we have been providing after-school care (BSO) for up to 68 children aged 4 to 12 since 2010. Our location is easily accessible from the Rondweg-Oost and features a beautiful green discovery garden where children can play, explore, and burn off energy. We believe it's important for children to have a say in how they spend their free time. That's why we work with themes and let children choose which activities they want to participate in. Every afternoon we offer a varied program including sports and games, theater, music, dance and movement, creative activities, and nature experiences. We actively involve children in determining the activity program, BSO rules, interior design, and even the purchase of new play materials. The older the children, the more responsibility we give them. Our pedagogical staff are ready to provide children with a safe and trusted environment in which they can develop optimally. We work closely with local primary schools, including Kameleon primary school with which we have a branch. This allows us to pick up children directly after school and provide a continuous line in their development. Feel free to drop by to get to know our BSO.
