Welcome to Sinne speelleergroep Willem Alexander Keizerskroon, our day-care centre located at Keizerskroon 86a in Leeuwarden. We are part of Sinne Kinderopvang and provide care for children from 10 weeks up to 4 years in a safe, homely environment. Our playgroup uses horizontal grouping: infants (0-2) and toddlers (2-4) are placed in separate, age-appropriate groups. This allows us to tailor activities, rest periods and care exactly to your child’s developmental stage. We follow the Early Childhood Education programme ‘Startblokken’. Through play we work on language, numeracy, social skills and motor development. Our pedagogical staff observe and record each child’s progress so we can adapt activities to individual needs. The rooms are bright, spacious and furnished with natural materials. Babies have their own sleeping room with cots; toddlers rest on quiet mats in their own corner. We have a secure green outdoor area where children can run, build sandcastles or explore together. Daily care includes nappy changes, bottle feeding, warm meals and healthy snacks. If your child has an allergy or special diet, just let us know and we will adjust the menu. Parents can choose half-day or full-day care.
