Welcome to Sinne daycare Wiarda, located in the heart of Goutum at Buorren 13. We are part of the Integral Child Center (IKC) Wiarda, where education and childcare seamlessly come together. Our location provides daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a safe, homely environment. At Sinne daycare Wiarda, we believe that children learn best through play and discovery. Our pedagogical staff work closely with the teachers of IKC Wiarda, creating a continuous developmental line from the youngest children to primary school age. We use a horizontal group structure, where babies, toddlers, and preschoolers are cared for in separate age groups. This allows us to tailor care and activities precisely to your child's developmental stage. Our spacious, bright group rooms are equipped with various developmental corners where children can play, discover, and learn. We have a large, secure outdoor playground with natural play elements where children can go outside daily. Indoors, we offer various activities such as making music, crafts, reading aloud, and movement-based learning. We use Springlab, an innovative movement concept that stimulates toddlers to learn through play while developing their motor skills. For the youngest children, we provide all necessary care: diapers, wipes, and bottle feeding are included. We work with a fixed daily routine centered around rest and regularity, adjusted to your baby's rhythm. Toddlers receive healthy snacks and bread meals, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. We also offer pre-school education (VVE), where we work playfully on language development and social skills. Parents are actively involved in the upbringing and development of their child. We use a parent app through which you receive daily photos and reports of your child's experiences. We regularly organize parent meetings and evenings. Together, we ensure that your child can develop optimally in a familiar, stimulating environment.
